What sets you apart from other companies? Planning all of the details for your child's birthday party all on your own can be stressful to say the least. When you book with Middle Tennessee Princess Parties, you can rest assured knowing that we come to you prepared with several activities to keep your little ones engaged and having fun. We also have a Pinterest page that will give you ideas for theming your child's party, so you can create a completely cohesive event that will leave your child dazzled. More things that set Middle Tennessee Princess Parties apart: 1.) Attention to detail is a huge priority for us! You’ll notice it in the costumes, the party activities, and the mannerisms that make each character unique, bringing a magical experience to your child and their friends. But the magic doesn’t stop there! You’ll also notice throughout the booking process and in every call or email before or after the party, that we strive to be helpful, attentive, kind, and hardworking. We aren’t just here for the kids, but the parents and caregivers, too. 2.) We are the only award-winning character-entertainment company located in Murfreesboro! Can I book other characters through you? Currently, the only characters we offer are listed on our Characters page. The hope is that as the company grows, more characters will become available to you. However, we will not offer licensed or copyrighted characters. All of our characters now or in the future are either original or come from stories that are in the public domain, and any similarities to copyrighted characters is coincidental. We are not affiliated with any theme parks, studios, publishing companies, production companies, etc.
Do you have your own party space? Nope, we come to you! There are lots of great party venues in Middle Tennessee, and we are always happy to tell you about some of our favorites if you need ideas!
I don't live in Murfreesboro. Can I still book you for my event? We service a 100 mile radius from our home office in Murfreesboro. We often travel to Smyrna, Nolensville, La Vernge, Lebanon, and many other cities in Middle Tennessee. Travel fees are applied to bookings outside a 20 mile radius from our headquarters in Murfreesboro. Please note that any parties beyond a 90-minute drive from our location in Murfreesboro require you to book our Far, Far, Away Package.
How far in advance should I book my party? We recommend booking 2-3 months in advance. To be sure that we have availability for your event, please book with us before sending out invitations to your guests. And if you're planning a last minute party, don't worry! We may still be able to fit you into our calendar! Please do keep in mind, however that any bookings with less than a two week notice will accrue a $60 last-minute booking fee, and we are unable to accommodate requests with less than one week of notice.
When should I have my princess arrive? We recommend having the princess arrive 15-30 minutes after the party begins, to allow time for any latecomers. We don't want anyone to miss out on the festivities! During her stay, please help keep an eye on the time, especially if she does not arrive with an attendant, as your princess may not have access to her phone for the sake of character integrity.
When is payment due? We require a non-refundable deposit to be paid within 48 hours of booking your party. This is to reserve your princess for your specific date and time. The final balance is due the day of your party and must be paid 24 hours before your princess enters the party. No exceptions.
Should I tip my princess? Gratuity is not required and is not included in the price of your party, but tips are always appreciated! If you do choose to tip with cash, please either hand it to your princess's attendant, or discreetly to the princess after the party with no little ones around.
