Here are a few things to remember to make your day at the ball perfect!

• Can't find your tickets? Please search your email from "Ticketspice" or by searching "Queendom Harvest Ball ticket" in your email.

• Our event is located in the main event building at Macca Villa at Riverside. You will enter through the front door.

• A parking team will help direct you into a parking spot to maximalize the available space. Please follow their directions.

• Please pay attention to the ticket tier and entry time on your ticket! Be sure that you take full advantage of the ticket you've chosen! Doors open at...

  • General Admission Entry: 2:45pm​

  • Queendom Experience Entry: 2:15pm

  • Royal Treatment Entry: 2:00pm

• Please be sure to arrive at least 10 MINUTES EARLY for your entry time. We cannot guarantee that latecomers will be able to complete their full experience. The Grand Ball starts at 3pm.

• Our seating is first come first served. If you would like to sit with friends, please be sure you arrive and enter together! We can only seat full parties, and cannot guarantee that guests with different ticket tiers will be sat together.

• Dressing up is welcome and encouraged for little ones!

• Adults can come dressed however you feel most comfortable -- anything from jeans and a blouse to a full suit and tie! NO adult cosplay is permitted, but we love adults getting fancy and having fun with us!

• All children must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. All adults must be accompanying a ticketed child.

• We cannot guarantee that tickets will be available at the door. Be sure that all tickets are purchased prior to this weekend.

• Tickets are non-refundable. Purchase protection is through a third party. Please reach out to the customer service team on your email should you need to utilize this offer.

• There will be 7 princesses at the Queendom Harvest Ball -- Cinderella, Princess Beauty, Rapunzel, the Arabian Princess, the Mermaid Princess, and the Snow Sisters! Characters subject to change at the discretion of Middle Tennessee Princess Parties.

• NO FOOD will be served at the Queendom Harvest Ball, and outside food is not allowed in the ballroom. There will be a water station for all guests to use as they please. If you must bring in food, please limit to a non-messy snack (no fruit)

• By purchasing a ticket, you allow Middle Tennessee Princess Parties to use you and your child's photo and likeness for social media and promotional purposes.

• There will be a photographer at the event for promotional purposes. We cannot guarantee any guest will receive a professional photo.

• The Hair Fairy will be available at both the Queendom Experience and the General Admission portions of the ball to add shimmery hair extensions for anyone who is interested. Please note that her services are not included in the cost of your ticket, and anyone who wishes to take advantage of her offers will have to pay her at the event.
